About Us

I spent much of my career in international financial services with my last role as senior executive managing a team of highly skilled individuals.  My experience extends from sales and marketing to product development and managing a P&L.

A highly motivated, experienced person, I have a consistent and demonstrable history of driving progressive and sustainable change.  A "big-picture" thinker who always considers the long term, my ability to identify trends early enables me to formulate strategies and ideas that influence the direction of the business so that it is well positioned for the future. Foresight and a proactive approach have been the cornerstones of my success.

Collaborative and approachable by nature, as a genuine team player, I cultivate broad and deep relationships in order to win business, create partnerships, earn trust, build consensus and develop a rapport with decision-makers and stakeholders. I am intellectually curious, empathetic and enjoy sharing my experience, thoughts and opinions with others. I welcome healthy debates and actively encourage constructive challenge from colleagues at all levels of the organisation. This approach ensures that individuals feel empowered while at the same time ensuring that fresh views and ideas are heard. 

I am politically active and act as the agent for candidates at election time.
